Issue Card

Issues a new card for a customer against a card product. Use this to create a brand-new virtual or physical card, or to activate a pre-printed physical card the customer already has in hand by supplying existingCard.

Prerequisites

The customer (customerId) must already exist and have passed KYC/KYB.

The card product (productId) must be active and must support the requested currency.
