List Cards

Returns a paginated list of all cards, optionally filtered by status, customer, product, or card type.

Status values

Status	Meaning
`pending`	Card created, not yet issued
`waiting_to_activate`	Issued, awaiting activation
`active`	Usable
`frozen`	Temporarily blocked
`cancelled`	Permanently terminated
