Update a payee.

Prerequisites: payeeId must already exist; customerId in the body must match its current owner.

Important: this is a full update, not a patch — additionalProperties: false and the same required fields as create apply. Omitting an optional object (e.g. bankAccount) clears whatever was previously saved there rather than leaving it untouched; resend the current value for anything that should be kept.

Async vs sync: synchronous — the update is applied and the payee returned in the same call (200 OK).
